4.Click on the “Edit your profile”. Your account information will show up. Scroll down and you will see the section “Change Password”.

Registration in Toolesta is reserved exclusively for B2B companies. Accounts for private individuals are not approved in Toolesta.

Firstly, you have to login into Toolesta.

In the left part, you will see a tab named “Make an inquiry”.

Click on it and follow the path:

-Select a brand
-Search for manufacturer’s code or description
-Set the quantity per product

If you wish to add more products, click on the yellow “+” button.

2. Payment Terms

Enter the details of your preferred payment method:

3. Delivery Time

You are free to choose what matches your request.

Important:

By default, inquiries will expire in 10 days, but you can easily set another date.

4. Shipping Address

The shipping details come by default from your company profile.

Important: If you wish to change the shipping address, you are free to edit your details.

  • Open Inquiries
  • Purchased Inquiries
  • Expired Inquiries

Each inquiry consists of:

– Inquiry ID
– Brand requested
– Products & Quantity
– Delivery Time
– Payment method
– Shipping Address
– Inquiry made date
– Status

1. Log into Toolesta with the access data of your account or click the following link: app.toolesta.com

2. In the left section, you will see a tab named “Inquiries”. Below this tab, falls the tab “All Inquiries”. Click on it!

If you wish to explore your inquiries, click on the arrow next to “All Inquiries”. A drop-down menu opens with all the available options:

  • Open Inquiries
  • Purchased Inquiries
  • Expired Inquiries

The title of each Inquiry is 100% related to its status.

Open Enquiries:

There are two available options in status of “Open Inquiries”:

“See all your Offers”:

Distributors have replied to your request. Here you can find all the offers related to your inquiry.

or

“No Offers made yet”

Distributors have received your request but they have not submitted any offer yet. Please be a little patient.

Purchased Inquiries:

Here you can see the inquiries that you confirmed to purchase by selecting the best offer.

So, the status of each specific inquiry shows the details of the distributor that will supply you the goods.

Click on the “See distributor’s details” to get his contact information.

Expired Inquiries:

Each inquiry has an expiry date which can be selected by you. By default, each inquiry lasts 10 days.

So, the status refers to the inquiries that were not purchased by you or maybe you didn’t receive any offer from the distributors.

Click on the “Re-new the inquiry” if you wish to activate this inquiry again.

Important: You can activate an inquiry only once.

Each inquiry has a unique 8-digit reference code called “Inquiry ID”.
e.g: J9CYNB58.

Follow the next steps to check your offers based on the Inquiry ID:

1. Log in to Toolesta with the access data of your user account.
2. In the left side of the orientation page, click on “All Inquiries”
3. In the right upper corner, there is a search field where you can enter your “Inquiry ID” to check your offers.

1. In sub-tab ”Open Inquiries”, go to the Inquiry ID based on your preference.
2. Each “Inquiry ID” has a status where you can see in which stage is your inquiry.
3. If distributors submitted offers to your inquiry, a small window “See all your offers” will appear. Click on it!
4. In this window, offers submitted from different distributors will appear.
5. Select the one that fits you mostly by clicking the .
6. To avoid any click by mistake, the system asks to confirm the acceptance of the order. If you are 100% sure, click on “Accept Offer”.
7. The distributor will come in contact with you to proceed your order.

In case that you need to contact the distributor, you can see the dealer’s details next.

Once you accepted the offer, the distributor receives immediately your confirmation by email. The orders are processed based on the delivery time offered by the distributor.

So make sure each time to indicate the preferred the delivery time and double check before accepting an offer that the delivery time offered from the distributor matches your request.

You should discuss this option directly with the distributor that received your order and advise Toolesta.

You are authorized to sell through Toolesta exclusively in the country you are located in.

For example: if your company is located in Italy, you will receive inquires (based on the brands you inserted to our system) from end-users located in Italy.

2. Click on your name in the orientation area at the top right.
3. A drop-down menu opens.
4. Click on “Edit your profile”
5. Here you can edit your company data.

In the second step of your registration, you are allowed to select the brands you distribute.

However, in case that you wish to add more brands, follow the next simple steps:

1. Go to your orientation page.
2. Click on your name.
3. A drop-down menu opens.
4. Click on “Edit your profile”.
5. A new window opens where you can edit your preferences.
6. Click the brands that you wish to add.

Important: Following the same process, you can delete the brands from your platform’s portfolio. You will not receive inquires from this brand any more.

The article codes are provided by Toolesta and we ensure you that the corresponding data are updated and synchronized on a regular basis.

Once you set up your distributor account, you have the option to surf through the platform. In order to see the available or “New inquiries” that come from potential customers, you have to purchase a plan.

Click on the “Buy Plan” button located in the left corner of the orientation page and follow the instructions.

The purchase of a plan does not give you the authority to offer. Instead, you have the opportunity to check the inquiries that are uploaded in the platform.

If you wish to submit an offer to a “New Inquiry”, you have to add credits in your wallet.

Important: The amount paid in € to purchase a plan is not added for use in your wallet.

The credits in your wallet are used to pay automatically your commission fee to Toolesta.

If an offer is accepted by a user, then the agreed commission fee (based on your plan) will be deducted from your wallet.

4. Go to “Status” and click on “Restore an Inquiry”.

Just make sure that you will take the right decision before this inquiry is no longer available because any other distributor could have already given the best offer.

Then, you can find your offer in the relevant section “On-Hold Offers”.

4. Below fall four different options:

  • All offers

You get a quick overview of your accepted, on-hold and lost offers.

  • Accepted offers: user accepted the offer.
  • On-hold offers: your offer is sent, wait for a reply.
  • Lost offers: user purchased the offer from another distributor.

1. Log in to Toolesta with the access data of your personal user account
2. Click on your name in the orientation area at the top right.
3. A drop-down menu opens.
4. Click on “Edit your profile”
5. Here you can edit your company data.

In the second step of your registration, you are allowed to select the brands you distribute.

However, in case that you wish to add more brands, follow the next simple steps:

1. Go to your orientation page.
2. Click on your name.
3. A drop-down menu opens.
4. Click on “Edit your profile”.
5. A new window opens where you can edit your preferences.
6. Click the brands that you wish to add.

Important: Following the same process, you can delete the brands from your platform’s portfolio. You will not receive inquires from this brand any more.

The article codes are provided by Toolesta and we ensure you that the corresponding data are updated and synchronized on a regular basis.

Please fill in our contact form and let us know which manufacturer you would like to see listed in the platform.

Once you set up your distributor account, you have the option to surf through the platform. In order to see the available or “New inquiries” that come from potential customers, you have to purchase a plan.

Click on the “Buy Plan” button located in the left corner of the orientation page and follow the instructions.

The purchase of a plan does not give you the authority to offer. Instead, you have the opportunity to check the inquiries that are uploaded in the platform.

If you wish to submit an offer to a “New Inquiry”, you have to add credits in your wallet.

Important: The amount paid in € to purchase a plan is not added for use in your wallet.

The credits in your wallet are used to pay automatically your commission fee to Toolesta.

If an offer is accepted by a user, then the agreed commission fee (based on your plan) will be deducted from your wallet.

No.The percentage (%) of the commission fee results from the actual plan that you have this specific period of time.

1. Log in to your account and in the right corner of the orientation page you will see your wallet.
2. Click on your wallet.
3. A drop-down menu opens.
4. Follow this path: Wallet > Buy Credits

You have plenty of options to top-up your wallet. Choose the one that fits you better.

Inquiries are divided in two options:
  • New Inquiries: here you can find all the new or available inquiries based on the brand selection you inserted to our system.
  • Refused Inquiries: Here you can find the inquiries that you refuse to offer due to unfavourable specifications such as payment method.

4. Go to Status and click on “Make an offer”.

4. Go to Status and click on “X” (Refuse an offer).

If for any reason, you change opinion and you would like to submit an offer, follow the next steps:

1. Log in to Toolesta with the access data of your distributor account.

2. In the left side of the orientation page, click on your “Inquiries”.

3. A drop-down menu opens. Click on “Refused Inquiries”.

4. Go to “Status” and click on “Restore an Inquiry”.

Just make sure that you will take the right decision before this inquiry is no longer available because any other distributor could have already given the best offer.

Then, you can find your offer in the relevant section “On-Hold Offers”.

2. In the left side of the orientation page, you can click on your “Offers”.

3. A drop-down menu opens.

4. Below fall four different options:

  • All offers

You get a quick overview of your accepted, on-hold and lost offers.

  • Accepted offers: user accepted the offer.
  • On-hold offers: your offer is sent, wait for a reply.
  • Lost offers: user purchased the offer from another distributor.

4. Follow the path: Offers > Accepted offers

5. You receive an overview of your confirmed offers.

The commission fee deducted from your wallet will be returned back to you.
